1. General
This public offer (the "Offer") is an official proposal by self-employed individual [FULL NAME], TIN [TIN] (the "Provider"), addressed to any individual (the "Customer"), to enter into a service agreement for access to the extended features of Blur.photo (the "Service") under the terms below.
Payment for the Service constitutes acceptance of this Offer. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of payment.
2. Description of Service
Blur.photo is an online tool for blurring and removing photo backgrounds that runs entirely in the user's browser. The basic functionality (including all machine-learning models) is provided free of charge and without limitations.
The Pro subscription ("Pro") provides access to extended features:
- Best model (Isnet) selected by default
- Batch processing — upload and edit multiple photos at once
- Export without watermark
- No ads
The Pro subscription costs 250 (two hundred fifty) rubles per month. The Provider may change the price by notifying the Customer before the next billing period.
3. Order procedure
- The Customer signs in at blur.photo via a link sent to their email (magic link sign-in, no password required).
- The Customer navigates to the Pricing page and clicks "Upgrade to Pro."
- The Customer is redirected to the payment service page to complete the payment.
- After successful payment, Pro access is activated automatically within seconds.
4. Payment terms and methods
Payment is processed in Russian rubles via the Robokassa payment service. Available payment methods include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR), SBP (Faster Payments System), YooMoney, and other methods available in the payment service interface.
The subscription is billed monthly. The first charge occurs at the time of purchase, and subsequent charges occur automatically each month until the Customer cancels.
5. Service delivery
The Service is considered delivered from the moment Pro access is granted to the Customer. Access is provided automatically after payment confirmation by the payment service and remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.
The Service is provided remotely via the internet. The service is available 24/7, except during maintenance periods. All photo processing happens entirely on the Customer's device — photos are never uploaded to the Provider's servers.
6. Refund and cancellation policy
Cancellation before service delivery. The Customer may cancel at any time before Pro access is activated by contacting support@blur.photo . In this case, the payment is refunded in full.
Cancellation during the service period. The Customer may cancel their Pro subscription at any time on the Account page. After cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which automatic renewal stops.
Refund for the current period. If the Customer wishes to receive a refund for the current paid period:
- Send a request to support@blur.photo with the account email and reason for the refund.
- The request is reviewed within 3 (three) business days.
- The refund is issued in full (without any deductions, payment service fees, or bank commissions) via the original payment method within 10 (ten) business days of the refund confirmation.

9. Miscellaneous
The Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes the Customer's acceptance of the revised Offer.
This Offer and all relations between the Provider and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
