Using Blur.photo
By using Blur.photo you agree to these terms. Blur.photo processes every photo locally in your browser — see our Privacy Policy for details. The terms of the paid Pro subscription, payment, service delivery, and refund policy are described in the Public Offer.
Acceptable use
Don't use Blur.photo to process or distribute content you don't have the rights to, or content that's illegal where you are. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service in ways that affect other users.
Your content
You retain all rights to the photos you process with Blur.photo. Since processing happens entirely on your device, we never receive, store, or claim any rights to your photos.
No warranty
Blur.photo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the tool will always be available, error-free, or produce a particular result — it's a free tool, and results from the underlying machine learning model can vary by photo.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blur.photo and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
